How do you price projects?
Custom projects are fixed-price, based on an agreed scope and milestones. Ongoing work such as ad management, WhatsApp automation or maintenance is a monthly plan. ERP and Payroll are subscription products.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share any confidential details about your business or project.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We take on clients across India and worldwide, and schedule calls to suit your time zone.
Who owns the source code?
For custom projects, you do: full ownership of the source code and project assets transfers to you once the project is paid in full. ERP and Payroll are subscription products, so SpireRay keeps their code and runs them for you; your data remains yours.
Who pays for ad spend and WhatsApp message charges?
You pay Meta directly, from your own ad account and WhatsApp Business account. Our fee for set-up and management is separate and agreed upfront.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Our maintenance plans cover monitoring, updates, bug fixes and small improvements, so your software keeps improving with your business.
